Bilingual Family-Friendly Namaste at The Bay

The Oval
Jessie and Katie will guide families through a yoga practice at The Bay!
Families will also learn breathing practices inspired by the trees and play a game to connect with other children and families in our awesome community. The poses and directions will be shared in both English and Spanish. This event is part of Suncoast Remake Learning Days at The Bay which is generously supported by The Patterson Foundation.
Please bring a mat and water.
