About Sugandha Singhal
As founder of Wellness Sutra, Sugandha is dedicated to upgrading human lives through the power of Yoga and Ayurveda. She has studied yoga with some of the best teachers in India with 500+ hours of formal teacher training. Sugandha is certified in Yoga and Ayurveda Therapy and specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow Prenatal, and Restorative Yoga with students all over the world.
This Yin and Yang Class will help restore balance and make you feel refreshed and restored, resulting in a healthier body and a clear, peaceful mind. Simple flowing sequences will warm up the body using postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation techniques (dyana), and will end with a savasana for relaxation. Appropriate for those looking for movements, stretching, and balance, and great for those new to yoga. All levels are welcome.
