Every Sunday, experience a talented local performer at this free, music concert series in the park. Enjoy a range of music genres. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself singing along or up on your feet dancing!

About Shelby Sol

Shelby Sol is a singer, songwriter, producer, and musician from Tampa, FL, blending soulful influences from Erykah Badu, Amy Winehouse, India.Arie, and Moonchild. She’s performed at events like Gasparilla Music Fest and Tampa’s Black Heritage Festival, and venues including SOB’s and Crowbar. Her work has been featured in media outlets such as Creative Loafing, WMNF, Bloom TV, and Great Day.

Know Before You Go:

• The Bay park address is 1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota FL 34236
• Free parking is located around the site and all parking lots remain open — along Blvd of the Arts and in front of the Van Wezel, Municipal Auditorium and Blue Pagoda. Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas.
• Construction of the new Town Square (located between the Municipal Auditorium and Art Center) is underway and affects pedestrian routes between the parking lot along N. Tamiami Trail and venues west of Van Wezel Way (incl. The Bay park, Van Wezel, and Holley Hall). Signs are posted to direct you between these locations. • Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.
• All pets must be non-aggressive and on a leash at all times. Owners are expected to pick up after their pets.
• Please report any risky or unsafe behavior to the Sarasota Non-Emergency Police 24 hours a day (941) 316-1199.

NOTE: This event will happen rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved INDOORS to the Sarasota Garden Club (1131 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota 34236). Location changes or cancellations will be communicated via The Bay website calendar, Eventbrite, Facebook and Instagram.
