Learn and practice the ancient Chinese exercise forms of Tai Chi and Qigong with Gail at The Bay. Tai Chi and Qigong are often referred to as “moving meditation” as they allow each individual to detach from the stress of daily life. These forms are also referred to as “moving medication” as they benefit the entire body and mind.
About Gail Pettit
Gail is a Level 3 Graduate and Certified Teacher of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi with over a decade of experience teaching in Sarasota. She loves to help build community while teaching movement for health, vitality, and inner peace. Click here to learn more.
Know Before You Go:
- Free parking is located around the site— along Blvd of the Arts and Van Wezel Way, and in front of the Van Wezel, Municipal Auditorium and Blue Pagoda. Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas.
- Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.
- All pets must be non-aggressive and on a leash at all times. Owners are expected to pick up after their pets.Please report any risky or unsafe behavior to the Sarasota Non-Emergency Police 24 hours a day (941) 316-1199.
