The Bay Park Announces Request for Proposal (RFP) for First Restaurant
The approved Bay Park Master Plan for the 53-acre site allows for up to three waterfront restaurants each with a maximum 5,000-square-foot of conditioned indoor space with additional covered outdoor seating terraces as desired.
The first restaurant will be located in the Phase 2 Canal District of the park (Click here for park map.)
The Bay Park Conservancy, Inc. (“BPC”) is soliciting offers/proposals to a Request For Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified individuals/firms (“Proposer”) to operate a full-service restaurant at The Bay Park. This RFP is for a lease to operate inside a BPC controlled facility.
Submittal Deadline For Request For Proposal: All responses to this Request For Proposal must be received in the office of The Bayfront Park Conservancy, Inc., 655 North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34236, Attention: Adam Gelter ([email protected]) no later than 2:00pm EST, June 13, 2025. Any Proposal received after the established deadline will not be accepted and will be returned without further consideration.
A mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting is scheduled for 2:00PM-3:00PM EST, May 29, 2025. This will be a HYBRID meeting – in person at the Sarasota Garden Club, 1131 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, FL 34236 and via Zoom. (Click here for Zoom link.)
