How do you manage the ongoing financial needs of The Bay?

The Bay has operated on a cash basis since Day 1. Every penny that has been spent has been invested only after the cash has been recieved and it’s in the bank.

We don’t do anything until the cash is in hand and we don’t spend beyond our cash needs.

By developing The Bay Park in phases enables us to manage our budget and manage our cash in a very responsible way. Each phase will be estimated for its capital and operating costs and the development will not commence until we have enough cash in hand to pay for whatever we need to do to complete that phase.

This is how we intend to develop, operate and sustain the Bay Park and operate the Bay Park Conservancy.
