Meet the Team: Jason Swift, President of Jon F. Swift Construction

Jason Swift is the President of Jon F. Swift Construction, one of the area’s leading commercial contractors, serving Sarasota and Manatee County public and private sector clients for more than 40 years. The company has worked on several well-known projects in the local area, including Payne Park, St. Armands Circle Parking Garage, Bayfront Park, and the Siesta Key Beach park improvement project. Jason serves as the principal in charge of construction for all of the firm’s projects, reviewing budget estimates and schedule updates. He is also responsible for claims management and overall team deployment. On The Bay project, Swift Construction was selected as the contractor for the Mangrove Walkway, Kayak Launch, and Mangrove Bayou Restoration.
