Municipal Auditorium

In the heart of the Cultural District at The Bay, this Art Deco icon stands out as a premier space for a range of events — from elegant galas to business meetings, seminars, trade shows, and private parties.

Venue Capacity:

  • 450-600 people (with tables and chairs — with or without a dance floor)
  • 850 people (theatre-styled seating)
  • 1,200 people (standing room only)

Venue Dimensions: 98 ft x 70 ft (plus 54 ft x 28 ft stage)

Sarasota Garden Club

This gorgeous 1960 mid-century Sarasota School of Architecture building with its floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor patio and pristine botanical gardens offers plenty of room to celebrate your special occasion.

  • 300 people (without tables and chairs)

Blue Pagoda

This iconic 1956 mid-century Victor Lundy-designed building with its 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows and high-vaulted ceilings offers an ideal space for small group get-togethers and meetings.

Civic Green Lawns

Two impeccably manicured lawns located along the north side of the Municipal Auditorium are convenient for those who would like to host an event outdoors. Each provide plenty of space to feature yard games, bring in a tent, or allow space to run.

  • South Lawn: 1,600 people (95 x 120 ft)
