The Bay Park Conservancy (BPC) is a 501c3 non-profit responsible for designing and implementing the Master Plan approved by the Sarasota City Commission to conserve, preserve, restore and transform 53 acres of precious city-owned land along Sarasota Bay into a blue and green oasis – providing a sustainable bayfront gathering place for the community to experience and enjoy a wide range of park uses, free programs and events.

Communications & Park Guest Engagement Specialist
Main priorities are to ensure park guests receive clear, timely, and engaging information about park events while fostering a strong connection with The Bay’s promise of “One Park for All.” This role works with the Marketing & Communications and Programming teams to manage communications across multiple platforms, providing accurate event details and real-time updates to enhance the guest experience.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, adaptable communicators who thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take pride in precise, error-free work. The position can be performed in Sarasota, FL (office), hybrid, or remotely while maintaining strong team collaboration.
