The Bay Park Conservancy (BPC) is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization with the goal of implementing a long-term master plan for 53 acres of city-owned land along Sarasota Bay that will establish a cultural and economic legacy for the region while ensuring open, public access to the bayfront.

Chief Executive Officer
The Bay has a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for its first full-time President and Chief Executive Officer of the Park Conservancy, who will deliver upon the community’s aspirations for The Bay by completing the Approved Master Plan and growing a sustainable operation and organization. S/he will provide experienced inspirational leadership and effective management to ensure the park and BPC are operationally successful and sustainable to the highest caliber. The successful candidate will possess the commitment and passion to build upon BPC’s significant momentum to complete the transformation of the 53-acre site while building The Bay’s management team and staff, and strengthening existing and seeking new partnerships.
Parks and Recreation Facilities & Maintenance Technician
The role of the Parks and Recreation Facilities & Maintenance Technician is to assist the Director of Operations in the management and execution day-to-day of park operations.
