Engage in, learn and enjoy a wide range of free interactive green and eco-friendly experiences including family-friendly activities, guided eco-tours, hands-on environmental programming, and more! As always, all events at The Bay are free and open to everyone, so bring your family and friends and find your adventure!

Thursday, November 30

• Sound Bath with Petra Ratner | 5:30-6:30pm | Common Ground
  Join Petra Ratner for a relaxing and healing vibratory sound bath experience at The Bay. Come rejuvenate and relax your body, mind and spirit with the power of a healing sound and guided meditation. REGISTER

Saturday, December 2

• Ride & Paddle Guided Kayak Tour | 8:30-10:30am | Kayak Launch
  Come experience the flora and fauna at The Bay through a free, guided kayak nature tour. REGISTER
• Family Namaste at The Bay | 9-9:45am | The Oval
  Jessie McHugh introduces families to a fun yoga practice, including some “green” yoga poses in the park. REGISTER
• Namaste at The Bay | 9-10am | Sarasota Garden Club
  Be mindful and join this one-hour yoga practice led by one of Sarasota’s favorite yogis. REGISTER
• The Garbage Men Band | 1-2pm | The Oval
  Enjoy the tunes and cleverly recycled instruments of the Garbage Men Band. REGISTER

  Grab a drink and/or delicious bite from The Nest concession and meet Film Director Damon Gameau as he introduces his documentary “2040” for everyone to watch and enjoy together under the stars. REGISTER

• Tai Chi: Special Edition: “5 Animals” | 9-9:45am | Common Ground
  In tribute to World Wildlife Conservation Day (Monday, Dec 4th), find your Zen and join this special “5 Animals” Tai Chi class. This low impact class will focus on limbering up the joints, nourishing organs, and helping prevent disease and prolong life. Safe for all ages and Fitness levels. REGISTER
