Sundays at The Bay featuring Brenda Watty

This special Easter performance features Brenda Watty!

Brenda Watty was born in Baltimore, Maryland and began singing in a Gospel choir at a young age. She moved to NYC to study voice under the direction of Judy Monterio, a nationally recognized voice coach. Brenda’s experience includes touring performances with The Temptations, The Four Tops, Bo Didley, and others. She now resides in Sarasota and performs in the Pop, Dance, Jazz, and R&B genres either solo, in duos, or with local bands throughout the area.

Sundays at The Bay is a free weekly music and performance program offered outdoors from 2:00 – 3:00 pm. Bring a lawn chair to The Bay’s Civic Green on the north side of the Municipal Auditorium to experience a new local artist each week, from jazz and marimbas to guitar and gospel.
