Sundays at The Bay featuring Jason White

Louisiana born Singer/Songwriter melding country, pop, and soul into his songs and performances. His musical influences range from Willie Nelson and Otis Redding to Garth Brooks and Brian McKnight. After taking a 13 year break from music, Jason is back, gigging at bars, restaurants, and clubs around Southwest Florida and now Nashville. If he isn’t spending time with his two daughters, you’ll find him writing songs, or entertaining folks with his uniquely crafted country sound.

About Sundays at The Bay

Sundays at The Bay is a free, weekly music and performance program offered from 6-7pm. Come to The Bay to experience a different local artist each week, from jazz, rock, genre fusion and marimbas to guitar and gospel.

Tips for an enjoyable visit:

The Bay park address is 1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, FL 34236.

Bring a chair to ensure a comfortable seat.

Free public parking is located along Blvd of Arts, Van Wezel way, in front of the Van Wezel, and in front of the Blue Pagoda (655 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota). Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas. Parking along Blvd of the Arts will be limited due to the Shade Structure construction in front of The Nest.

Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.

Keep pets on a leash.

This event will take place rain or shine. The indoor back-up location in the event of inclement weather is the Sarasota Garden Club (1131 Boulevard of the Arts Sarasota 34236)
