Weekly, on Saturday mornings, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for a morning of stretching and breath work from 9 am – 10 am. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.

Come dance by our beautiful Sarasota Bay with a view of the water, and a fantastic group of Zumba Rockstars who will make you move, dance, smile, jump, shake and sing… (it happens sometimes). Grab a friend, bring your kids, and meet new Zumba friends.
