Join us for a low impact cardiovascular class that includes resistance training and is great for active seniors and beginners! This total body conditioning class spotlights the muscles in your core, which includes the abs, glutes & more! Using innovative body weight exercises, you’ll grow the muscles that make you strong, keep you safe, support your posture, and prepare you for the movements of everyday life!
