Explore The Bay with Mote Marine Laboratory

Visit Virtually

Elementary students and their teachers join Mote educators to learn about wildlife and their habitats during a virtual visit to the Bay Park. This interactive science exploration will take you virtually to The Bay to learn about this new community park. Like scientists, students will learn how to use tools and to make observations while investigating plants, animals, and the bay environment along the way.

In addition to the virtual exploration, a kit centered on the watershed is available to teachers for check out. As a follow up, students are invited to visit The Bay with their families and to check out a backpack with hands-on learning materials so that they can share what they learned.
