Our Expertise

A Three-Way Partnership

Our success is rooted in a 3-way partnership between the City of Sarasota, The Bay Park Conservancy, and our Community. With the community as our foundation and catalyst for growth, the City and the Conservancy will work in tandem to create and realize an unparalleled park on the Sarasota bayfront.

Expert Leadership

Our initiative is strategically lead by experts in their field. With a multi-faceted team leading the designing, planning, and development of the park, The Bay Park will become a fiscally feasible, operationally viable, and environmentally sustainable space for all.

  • The Sasaki Design Team The world-class design and planning team, with a specialty in civic spaces and public parks on waterfronts, has been part of the project since the planning and design phase began.
