Sarasota Garden Club
Enjoy a 45–minute, outdoor program using bodyweight exercises to improve your strength and conditioning! Under the watchful eye of one of CoreSRQ’s trained fitness professionals, and through a series of well–designed circuits, you will work at building muscle, reducing body fat, and increasing your cardiovascular fitness. Be prepared for push-ups and planks!
Please bring a Mat or Towel, and water bottle for hydration.
This event will take place rain or shine – Indoor back-up location in the event of inclement weather is the Sarasota Garden Club (1131 Boulevard of the Arts Sarasota 34236)
