Enjoy an hour of yoga at The Bay park led by Jessica Amaya
This will be a gentle Vinyasa Flow mixed with mindful alignment and end with a restorative Yin to drop you into a deeper place of stillness. You can expect a dose of laughter, beautiful music, and encouragement as you explore your individual edge. Energize your body and renew your spirit!
Jessica has been practicing yoga for over 8 years and received her certification with Lululemon through their Yoga Leadership Teacher Training in May 2019. She feels alive when challenging her mind, body, and spirit to explore new depths in her yoga practice, yet still takes notice of what her body needs. She loves guiding yogis of all levels, while also empowering them to move during their practice intuitively. “Yoga, on and off the mat, helps me build community with other yogi’s, and I look forward to flowing alongside you!”

Weekly, on Saturday mornings, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for a morning of stretching and breathwork from 9 am – 10 am. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.
