Sundays at The Bay featuring the Island Hoppers Duo

At the heart of the Island Hoppers is Paul Luther (Guitar, vocals) and James Rosati (Drums/percussion, vocals) They perform as an acoustic duo yet expand to a larger band enlisting the talent of some of the area’s finest musicians. The range and variety of cover songs they play is about as wide as it comes in the Sarasota/Bradenton area- they do everything from instrumental music, 50’s and 60’s pop/rock, 70’s and 80’s dance tunes, tropical rock, country and current chart hits.

About Sundays at The Bay

Sundays at The Bay is a free, outdoor weekly music and performance program offered from 4:30 – 5:30 pm. Come to The Bay Park to experience a new local artist each week, from jazz and marimbas to guitar and gospel.

Tips for an enjoyable visit:

• Bring a chair to ensure a comfortable seat.
• Free Parking is located along Blvd of Arts, Van Wezel way, in front of the Van Wezel, and in front of the Blue Pagoda (655 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota). Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas.
• Food and beverages are available for purchase at The Nest concession.
• Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.
• Keep pets on a leash.
