Kristin Musolino introduces families to a fun yoga practice, including some creative and never-seen yoga poses in the park.
Kristin Musolino seeks to encourage calm and ease in the mind, body and hearts of the practitioners in her community. She recognizes how impactful one can be when she/he supports one another to move in mindful ways. Expect powerful and well-balanced movement and breathwork in Kristin’s practice.
